Landau Building Company renovated 5,308 SF of existing office space at the headquarters of Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) located in Warrendale, PA. During preconstruction, Landau worked with AIST to bring the project into budget by creating value-engineering solutions that still achieved their program needs. The final product produced a new entrance and waiting area with a steel-inspired aesthetic, an updated board room with new wood paneling to match existing shelving, and a new modern kitchen and seating area for all staff members to use. The architect is Design 3 Architecture.
