Landau was thrilled to sponsor the 4th Annual Earth Day Celebration at the Andrew Carnegie Free Library & Music Hall. The community came together on Saturday for a day of outdoor fun filled with eco-crafts and games and getting up close with composting worms and chickens from local urban farms.

On Monday, April 8th, the Landau team had a blast at Grove City College’s total solar eclipse watch party! We brought along some eclipse-themed snacks and even hosted a fun trivia session outside of the Rockwell Hall of Science project. What an unforgettable experience shared far and wide!

Jennifer Landau, CHC, LEED GA, Vice President and Project Manager, has assumed the position of Executive Vice President. With 23 years of invaluable contributions to Landau, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s trajectory, spearheading business development initiatives, and taking a leadership position on the executive committee to ensure the long-term success of the company.
Chris Priest, formerly Chief Estimator, has assumed the pivotal role of Vice President of Preconstruction Services. With 17 years of industry experience, Chris has been instrumental in steering the company’s preconstruction efforts, exhibiting remarkable leadership and vision when it comes to overseeing Landau’s portfolio of negotiated projects and maintaining his longstanding relationships within the subcontractor community.
Jeremy Bowlby, previously serving as Senior Project Manager, has advanced to Vice President of Operations. Jeremy’s tenure of 12 years with Landau has been marked by a steadfast commitment to operational efficiency, playing a key role in driving project success and ensuring client satisfaction.

Presented annually, the MBA Building Excellence Awards are the highest and most sought-after commercial construction industry awards in our region. This year, we received 30 submissions. Each project’s submittal was meticulously reviewed by our judges and after much deliberation, they have selected this year’s finalists. Pittsburgh, PA – November 30, 2022 – Landau Building Company, a full-service construction company serving Western PA and Northern WV for the last 130 years, is pleased to announce Nicoletta Harrington has joined the company as Project Manager.
Nicoletta, ‘Nicki’, has been involved in the construction industry since 1982. She carries a wealth of experience having worked for developers, building management firms, architects, and general contractors throughout the Pittsburgh region. Nicki offers a unique AEC perspective, having gained experience working both as a construction manager, estimator, and project manager. She views the business from every angle and applies this knowledge to developing successful solutions.

Landau Building Company Welcomes Tracey Heyl as Accounts Payable Specialist
Pittsburgh, PA – August 1, 2022 – Landau Building Company, a full-service construction company serving Western PA and Northern WV for the last 130 years, is pleased to announce Tracey Heyl has joined the company as Account Payable Specialist.
Tracey spent the past 12 years working as the administrative assistant and scheduler for various healthcare practices. Before that she worked as the office manager and controller for an architectural lighting manufacturer for 22 years. Her skills with accounts receivables and payables makes for a perfect fit as she joins Landau Building Company’s accounting department.
Originally from the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA, Tracey now resides in Valencia. In her free time, she enjoys bowling and trap shooting alongside her husband. She is an officer and the member secretary at both the Mars Rod & Gun Club and Richland Sportsman’s Association, where she serves as the first female officer.
