Landau Building Company was the construction manager for Phase II of the master plan to renovate the historic Allegheny Country Club, located in Sewickley, PA. The project included the 1,624 SF women’s locker room and 3,108 SF staff areas (locker rooms, lounge, laundry, beverage room, beer cooler and additional storage areas) on the lower level of the clubhouse. A new entrance was also added for the convenience of the members. Work began in February and was completed in 7 months. Given the age of the building, unforeseen conditions were anticipated during demolition and rectified before moving forward. The final product has produced a much safer building and a beautiful locker room for female members.
