Landau Building Company completed two addition and renovation projects to E.A. Fischione Instruments, located in Export, PA. Phase One included a 14,000 SF addition that more than doubled their existing 10,00 SF building and created room for Applications, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and Administration. The existing facility was also renovated, including the production area, in order to increase working efficiency. Fischione continued to grow and hired Landau again for Phase Two, a 50,000 SF two-story addition and renovations. The first floor contains light manufacturing and inventory, and the second floor is home to offices and conference rooms. Renovations to the existing shop were also completed. No down time occurred between performing the addition and renovation work and moving employees into their new offices and work areas in order to accommodate the aggressive schedule.
