Landau Building Company completed the 7,375 SF tenant fit-out for EBB Therapeutics Inc. at 3 Crossings, a 20-acre mixed use development built in 2016 by Oxford Development in Pittsburgh's Strip District. Ebb Therapeutics is one of four tenants in the 4-story, 106,256 SF office building located at 2555 Smallman Street, managed by Oxford Realty Services. Since the lease was expiring at their former place of business, they need to be up and running in 45 days from the start of the project. Landau was able to make this happen and with the original contracted cost. The owner is very pleased with the results and has promised to hire Landau again if they expand.
