The Fairmont State University Engineering Technology Annex project included construction of two structurally independent additional stories above Wallman Hall. The additional stories were completed by building a support system to straddle the first two floors. Through value engineering, Landau Building Company was able to reduce costs by $1.6 million. The completed structure includes state-of-the-art laboratories, classrooms, and technology centers featured behind a modern, gleaming exterior.
