Landau Building Company was selected as construction manager for a $21.5 million addition and renovation to Heritage Valley Health Systems’ facility in Beaver, PA. The three-story, 45,000 square foot addition included three endoscopy rooms, a fluoroscopy room, forty-two exam rooms, and an advanced medical gas delivery systems, as well as millions of dollars in custom HVAC equipment. The project also involved a renovation to 30,000 square feet of Heritage Valley’s existing space. The Emergency department was expanded from 26 to 42 beds. The former Emergency department was converted into a new 11,000 square-foot cardiac catheterization lab. Additional work to the facility included a new lobby and a rehabilitation center.
