Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church
- Project: Additions and Renovations
- Owner: Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church
- Location: Cranberry Township, PA
- Architect: Architectural Innovations
Landau Building Company has currently completed three phases of construction for Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, located in Cranberry Township, PA. Phase One included an addition to the sanctuary, parking lot expansion, and a new narthex. New pews were installed to increase the seating capacity for the church's growing congregation. Thanks to excellent teamwork from everyone involved, the project was successfully completed on time, despite the tight schedule. Phase Two, a smaller renovation, which added a new fire suppression system, was the stepping stone to Phase Three of construction, which was completed April of 2017. This last phase comprised of two new additions for children's classrooms, fellowship hall, and kitchen. Renovations nearly doubled the sanctuary size, creating a new welcoming area, expanding parking even more, and performing extensive site work.
"I’m certain Landau has and will continue to do much bigger projects from a dollar standpoint, but the importance of this one to our members and community cannot be overstated. We truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication that was evident from the outset of the project."
