Landau Building Company was hired by Huntington National Bank to construct a new facility at The Village at Pine in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Construction was scheduled to be completed in five months, but substantial completion was achieved in only four months. This was accomplished by utilizing prefabricated wall panels for all interior and exterior wall construction in lieu of traditional wood frame construction. Due to the coordination efforts of Landau’s superintendent, site work was completed on time and within budget. Construction began in September 2009 and was finished January 2010.
