2007 NAIOP Speculative Industrial Building of the Year
Phase I at Imperial Business Park focused on the 100,000 square foot Building 150 and required only ninety days to complete. The developer, CSG Properties, selected Landau Building Company to provide pre-construction, design-build, and general construction services. Building 150 is a light industrial/distribution building constructed of precast concrete panels and a steel frame. The new building features a thirty-foot clear ceiling height, full fire suppression, dock-high and drive-in loading, six-inch concrete slabs with Fibercon reinforcing, insulated precast concrete panels, and energy-efficient radiant heat. Imperial Business Park is owned by a partnership including PenTrust and The ERECT Fund.
“We believe our new facilities are positioned to take advantage of the strong demand for quality industrial space and…We appreciate Landau’s creativity allowing us to build a superior product at a good value!”
Joel Kreider at CSG Properties
