The use of urgent care facilities is rapidly increasing. Numerous healthcare issues like the flu or asthma attacks, among others, can be treated without appointment at an urgent care facility. With a large portfolio of healthcare experience, Landau Building Company has been the general contractor for numerous MedExpress facilities throughout Pennsylvania and several neighboring states. Additional facilities are expected to be built as others are completed. The typical renovation is approximately 5,300 SF each and costs from $440,000 to $560,000. The upgraded interior finishes are designed to create a soothing, professional, and welcoming environment. From start to finish, each location takes approximately 90 days to complete.
