Landau Building Company completed the new office fit-out for a cybersecurity company in the Pittsburgh, PA, Strip District. Contracted with Avon-Graf Architects as a design-build project, construction consisted of approximately 2,000 SF of renovations in a 20,000+ SF of existing office space. Work included a kitchenette, classroom, break room, and conference rooms. New carpet and paint were also included, as well as major mechanical and electrical upgrades and minor plumbing. This cybersecurity company, headquartered in California, chose Pittsburgh as their new location because of the burgeoning technology industry.
