2013 MBA Building Excellence Award – Best in Craftsmanship by Member

Landau Building Company worked closely with the architect and the church building committee during preconstruction to develop a plan that would allow St. Ursula’s to stay within budget and still realize their vision for the project. The church, located in Hampton Township, needed renovations in the sanctuary and infrastructure, and it also required an entirely new building addition. This project became a precious jewel, and the fine workmanship of the Landau team brought it to life. St. Ursula Parish is now transformed with a completely renovated sanctuary, major infrastructure improvements and a two-story addition. This beautiful project was honored by winning the 2013 MBA Building Excellence Award for Excellence in Craftsmanship.
