The Edgeworth Club is a crown jewel for the Landau Building Company team. This elegant historical establishment sits in the southeast corner of Academy and Centennial Avenues, Sewickley Township. Built in collaboration with Astorino, the addition includes a new state-of-the-art family dining grill area, boardroom, adult bar, terrace, dining and living rooms, fitness center, platform tennis courts and hut, beach entry wading pool, air-conditioning systems, and heating upgrades. The Landau Building Company project team was selected exclusively because of their quality craftsmanship. Most of the work at The Edgeworth Club, including demolition, drywall, rough/finish carpentry, hardware, windows, and functional exterior components, was self-performed. The owner was extremely pleased with the responsiveness and experience of Landau’s construction team.
