Landau Building Company completed a 2,746 SF kitchen expansion/renovation to UPMC Cranberry Place, a UPMC Senior Community center located in Cranberry Township, PA. New walk-in cooler and freezers were added onto the building adjacent to the existing kitchen, damaged and worn floors were replaced in the both the kitchen and surrounding corridors, new equipment in the food service areas was installed to supplement the existing food service equipment and new HVAC equipment dedicated to the new area was installed. A temporary kitchen was set up in an existing room to service the residences during construction, which was completed in 14 weeks.
