Landau Building Company was the construction manager for the 4,350 SF Pharmacy Renovation at Magee-Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Other spaces included in the project were IV Clean Room, USP 800 Room, Stat Room, Drug Processing Room, Offices and staff lounges. The project converted an existing unoccupied lab space ted into the hospital’s main pharmacy. Once the new pharmacy was completed and operational, then renovations began to the old pharmacy space. Additional work was performed on the sixth-floor mechanical penthouse to facilitate the removal and replacement of three existing exhaust fan units.
