Landau Building Company completed the 15,000 square foot US Steel Tower YMCA in downtown Pittsburgh during the summer of 2008. Landau Building Company was able to meet the client’s goals and provide the YMCA with a dynamic space to encourage new membership and wellness. The original fifty-year-old auditorium was transformed into a vibrant wellness center. Landau’s conscientious team was able to keep the busy, occupied area functional during construction. Despite the challenge, Landau met the project goals with creative and cooperative project management solutions.
